BCM Dial by Name provides a company-wide, instantly accessible telephone directory to every BCM user in the business. The Directory can be accessed by all BCM users, via a BCM handset or a PC DeskTop client. The DeskTop client provides enhanced functionality, including Click to Dial and interactive Buddy Lists.
