Key Code Options
The Key Code determines the way that BCM Dial by Name can be used. There are two Key Code options for Dial by Name Version 1 and four Key Code options for Dial by Name Version 2. The Permanent Key Code options are only accessible to customers who have purchased the application. The Trial Key Codes will allow the application to run for a period of 60 days, after which it will stop working.

Each user can create and updated contacts in the directory via the DeskTop client

Displays the names of incoming callers both on the DeskTop client and the phone handset
Review and redial...
Now every user can review and redial up to 32 dialled, received and missed calls on screen
