Key Code Process

The quick, simple and secure Key Code process is completed in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Obtain your Site ID

During the installation of BCM Dial by Name you will be prompted by the configuration wizard for a Key Code. At this time you will also be provided with a Site ID, which you should take a note of, since you will need it for Step 2 of this process.

Step 2: Request a Key Code

The Request a Key Code Form is located at the bottom of this Web Page. The Site ID from Step 1, together with the information requested in the Key Code Form needs to be completed and the appropriate Key Code should be selected from the list of options. Please ensure that the Key Code corresponds to the Version of Dial by Name being installed

Step 3: Receiving your Key Code

Your Key Code will be automatically emailed to the address entered in the Key Code Form

Step 4: Enter your Key Code

When you have received your email, enter the Key Code into the BCM Dial by Name configuration wizard and continue with the installation.
